Starting Aurora Total Wellness is more than just a business decision, it’s the fulfillment of a calling that’s been on my heart for years. As a nurse practitioner and lifelong caregiver, I’ve had the privilege of walking with people through some of their most vulnerable moments. I’ve seen the fear that comes with unanswered questions, the frustration of not being heard, and the relief that comes when someone finally feels truly cared for.

This practice was born out of that simple belief: you deserve care that sees the whole of you—body, mind, and spirit.

Why I Chose This Path

My own journey hasn’t always been easy. I’ve been both the provider and the caregiver at home, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to try and hold everything together. Those experiences taught me that true healing isn’t found in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all medicine. It’s found in compassion, connection, and care that meets you where you are.

Aurora Total Wellness is my way of creating a space where holistic healthcare and heart care can come together.
