Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you book and pay for a service but are later found to be clinically ineligible to receive care from Aurora Total Wellness (e.g., due to location, legal restrictions, or clinical appropriateness):

 

  • A full refund will be issued as soon as possible.

  • You will be notified promptly via the contact method provided at booking.

 

 

Non-Refundable Service Fees:

 

When you schedule and pay for a consultation or wellness service through Aurora Total Wellness, you are paying for:

 

  • Time and expertise

  • Clinical assessment

  • Education and guidance, not for a guaranteed outcome or prescription

 

Refunds will not be issued if you:

 

  • Complete a consultation and are not prescribed a specific medication

  • Decline recommended care after the visit

  • Are unsatisfied with the professional clinical decision made

3. Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

 

To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

No Show or Canceled Appointments that are not rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If rescheduled within 24 hours the fee will be waived. 

 

 

4. How to Request a Refund

 

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

 

 

We will respond within 3 business days and process any approved refunds promptly.

 

 

5. Policy Changes
